"残念な滞在でした。私の救いはホテルに1日中いなかったことです。 例えば、お湯が出ないこと、水道水は茶色く濁っている、ローカルチャンネルを含めてテレビが見れない、部屋の清掃は2日おき（タオル交換は要リクエストの上）、使い捨てのスリッパは以前に誰かが使用したものを使い回ししていたこと、バスタブの水が配管から漏れてバスルームが水浸しになること等、一般的なホテルでは有り得ないことが連日発生しました。 近くにはインターコンチネンタルやリージェントがあります。アクセス面を重視するのであれば、他のホテルをお勧めいたします。"

"This was our first time staying here and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is right next to a clean and beautiful sandy beach with comfortable warm water. The staffs are friendly and courteous. We booked two rooms but our sons couldn't make it due to bereavement and it was passed the deadline for cancelation. "소나시 야시장이랑 가까워서 편의점 점심 저녁 식사하기 좋았어요. 주변에 스파 마사지 숍도 많아요. 빈펄버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어 그랜드월드와 킹콩마트 가기에도 좋아요. 공항과도 가까워 빈펄버스나 리무진 이용해서 갈수 있어요. 숙소는 너무 마음에 들고 수영장 조식부페도너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 푸꾸옥 온다면 또 이용하고 싶어요."

"A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative.
