"This was by far my best experience staying at one of the IHG hotels! The front desk staff was always pleasant and professional. A special mention and deep gratitude to floor staff, Elvis R. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful, when he learnt I had a bad fall on my way to NYC and gave me all the assistance I needed with alcohol wipes and bandaids, to get myself back on my feet in no time to attend all my work meetings on time. "The red awnings are attractive and make the hotel easy to find. It is an older hotel with dark woodwork. Breakfast, not included, is convenient and good. The elevators and the rooms are small.
