"Excellent location for exploring theatre district, Times Square, Central Park, and more. Pasta Lovers restaurant next door had very good food. One bedroom apartment was well equipped. Desk staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay there when we return. Only concern was that housekeeping did not come to our room after our first and second nights. We did see them and ask for clean towels, which they brought quickly."

"This is a smooth property owner and site to deal with and stay. The security went above and beyond, helping with bag storage, and even tried to find me a cheaper date for my return Lyft. The room and bathrooms were clean. Even free shower soap and towels were provided."

"Stayed here to go to the Gov ball. The subway was nearby so that was nice. Overall, nice stay and nice staff. We stayed five nights. "

"Room was clean. Small, as expected for NY, but not tiny. They proactively reached out to confirm my check-in time, which was great because my flight was severely delayed. Only issue was noise of other occupants. A group gathering that lasted until midnight in the room next door was annoying. But, I liked the walking distance to a decent bagel shop and good grocery store at the end of the block. "

"There is no city view on this property. Great location! Use the subway as your transportation. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (old) but clean and updated. The vents need attention. There is only 1 TV in the main room. All in all as a family of 5, in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom with bunkbed, we had a comfortable stay NY. Thank you!"

"This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars...

"Old, teenie tiny place but it was sufficient for our needs. We walked to most of our destinations. "

"I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses.
