"My husband and I arrived earlier than expected on the day of arrival and requested luggage storage until check in. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to check us in to our room early. We were offered snacks and beverages all day and hor d' oeurevs, wine and champagne each evening. Breakfast was good and very filling. "Food was delicious. Nicole was a great house manager. She cooked, cleaned and was so friendly. We really enjoyed her company . We actually invited her to sit with us as she was so nice. Stunning room. Beautifuly furnished, spotlessly clean and every amenity you could think of. We highly recommend this B&B "

"All went well! No issues and beds were comfortable!!that’s a plus ! The bathroom door was a bit uniquely designed which made it hard to close completely- I would suggest a handle . Other than that I was happy ! "

"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Amenities were awesome. Always cold bottled water, soft drinks, coffee and tea available. Breakfast were delicious! Nice courtyard area for sitting and breakfast. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with walking ease to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!"

"Friendly staff. Champagne at check in. Nicely appointed, very clean. Quiet property and close to everything."

"Had a King room which was very large. Historic building full of southern charm. Great location on River street, we walked to almost everything. Parking on site was a breeze. The only negative was that River Street can be a little noisy up until 11:00 PM, but it wasn’t bad at all. Great river view!"

"This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else."

"The property was very spacious and clean. Our room was great. We had a two bedroom two bath and it was perfect for myself and my daughter. Very nicely decorated and nicely stocked in the room except it could use extra blankets or an extra throw in the living room The staff at the front desk were very friendly.
