"When we arrived the room was clean but our fridge freezer was completely filled with frost.
The air conditioner was not very cool.
Housekeeping attended to our bathroom but not the rest of the room throughout the duration of our stay.
Parking was very nice. We did use the indoor swimming pool which was good."

"Bad start. Half bottle of Tito's vodka was waiting for us in the room. I'm guessing the housekeeping staff thought the previous guests were returning, not checking out. Tito's is not bad vodka, so I might have thought the same. However, the desk clerk offered us a room of same value and we were good to go. The room without vodka was alright except for the small wad of TP stuck to the wall up high. Housekeeping staff might want to look up when cleaning the bathroom

"The property was clean the rooms very nice. However, I booked that particular hotel specifically because they advertized that the morning shuttle to the airport started at 5:00am. As it turns out three hotels are served by the same shuttle and they couldn't assure me that I'd make my flight so, I had to book an uber. "

"I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website.
