"There's plenty of parking, the lobby is very attractive and inviting, and the check-in was quick and easy. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. However, the toilet needed to be jiggled when flushed. There were no plastic cups for drinking water or soft drinks, only coffee cups. And there wasn't a bar of soap in the bathroom, only body and hand washes. Overall, it was a good stay, although a bit pricey."

"If you fired the useless, do nothing Assistant manager and the big assed rude, disgusting, disrespectful check out piece of garbage at the checkout front desk this hotel might be good Other wise, nothing but harassing, people who should not have their jobs. They have both been twisted to the police and my attorneys for the trouble they have caused me and my DISABLED wife’"

"The stay was okay, the restroom door wouldn’t close in the room we were in. A microwave would’ve been nice to have in the room but no biggie. Overall it was decent."

"The suite was clean except for a few chips left by cleaning crew. (not good for my dogs!) I never stayed in a suite before, and was pleased by the number of amenities provided! We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very nice breakfast. Nice walk outside area for dogs. Would definitely stay here again."

Check-in was smooth and simple, and the staff did not request unnecessary additional details beyond what was already provided in the booking. The room was reasonably comfortable with sufficient parking space and basic utensils available, which was helpful for family travel. "Room was pretty dirty, anytime you moved something plenty of dirt was left behind. Move the ottoman or waste basket and there it was. Poorly made repairs throughout the facility"
