"The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays."

"Hotel is VERY nicely decorated and maintained. The ambiance is nice and the hotel fragrance is great. It was easy to get in and out and park in the adjacent garage. The staff was friendly and the two restaurants on site had delicious food and drinks! Our room was renovated, cleaned and the beds with pillows were very comfortable! I slept GREAT and that doesn’t always happen at hotels. This was a RELAXING stay! There was a lounge chair and a desk chair comfortable enough for doing light work or...

"Air conditioning was good.
Refrig/freezer leaked all over food, onto the floor where my clothes bag was. Clothes got wet. Tv remote had to be replaced. Only 1 elevator of 2 worked. Floor worn. Halls hot. Fitness room good. Place for dog to go to potty was good. No outlet near beds to charge phones. Had to ask for clean towels. The hotel needs updated. I’ve spent many stays in Hampton Inns & will not be coming back. Dissapointed overall"

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."
