* Splash Parkway is located walking distance to The Parkway, just 1/3 mile walk. This is an incredible and convenient location near everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There are no steep roads to drive to this cabin, the driveway is mostly flat and 4WD is not necessary.

* Pets are allowed at this property if the $125 pet fee has been paid. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation before your arrival. Please select the number of pets in your reservation when making the reservation.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
* We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day.
