"Location and hotel were great but the staff were incredible!! Nickolas was brilliant Only thing that let it down was the pool and outside area were not open for use which was very disappointing. This was advertised but for a premium hotel this was a let down and was very untidy! A little effort would have changed this and made it much better"

"This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. "This hotel wasn’t at all as described. The amenities listed on the Expedia page don’t exist. The only food on site is for the breakfast restaurant, which stays locked the rest of the day. Both the Expedia summary and the hotel brochure at the hotel mention a garden with a bar (neither exist), the page mentions room service (also doesn’t exist). It’s in a great location to get to the airport (about 5 minute drive) but outside of being great for the airport, there’s no real restaurants close to...
