The only thing I thought was a little odd was you had to use a key to lock the door from the inside, which doesn’t seem too safe if there were a fire. "Located just off the riverside with MANY shops, restaurants and cafe, this hotel was a breath of fresh air coming from Rome. Clean and well maintained it was a pleasure staying here. There are other tenants in the building and there was some minor construction going on but that did not bother us at all. Rooms were well maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. Will stay there again next time we are in Florence!"

"The room we had was spacious. Comfortable bed and quiet / well sound proofed. The staff was kind. The WiFi was good and reliable. Good location. The only negative was the shower, which was a bit broken."

"The location cannot be beat imo. The rooms are super comfy and spacious. My friend had a room with an incredible bridge river view. Just a wow. My room had a soaking tub which was great. The elevators are tiny and slow and the stairs are the kind that leave you breathless but such a small quibble. Staff is exceptional : helpful, smiley, efficient. Breakfast up on the top floor with outside terrace is A+. A wonderful option for a stay in Florence."
