"What can I say? It was the most magical location to stay in in Florence. To be able to sit by the window and be part of the action of the piazza, but not be in the middle of the huddle and bustle, was amazing! "Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"We arrived a little early and our room was ready ahead of time. It was small as expected but very clean and functional. The standouts of our stay was the location as we could walk to all the places we wanted to check out. The second aspect was the exceptional staff that made several great recommendation and even called a restaurant on our behalf to make dinner reservation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "
