"Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. "

"I stayed here for one night and found the apartment to be very spacious for one person. It’s located on the third floor with no elevator, which is fine if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. "The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and orderly. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above (footsteps traveled), so I'd recommend a sound machine. The host communicated frequently but not thoroughly and left some instructions out of the messages (such as the WiFi info, which I had to reach out and ask for).
