Quiet hours start in the property around 9-10 PM as there may be guests staying in the completely separate unit above. The same will apply to them.

The space was abundant for our needs and the owners were incredibly supportive and available to make our stay even better. The location of the rental is ideal (in a neighborhood near the interstate and a main drag). We shall continue to make use of this space in the future.

The property had a very strong cat box odor . After 2 days we could no longer tolerate the smell. We had to vacate the property 4 days early. We notified the property manager that we had to cut our stay short and requested a refund for unused nights. We have not heard anything back.

Absolutely recommend

Booking with Pete and Maura was incredibly easy and so will absolutely do it again. They were very communicative, the property was exactly as described, and very clean. Perfect place for a quick getaway or an overnight stay.

Very convenient stay with wonderful hosts!

Nice little apartment with all the ammenities. Maura and Pete were easy to get in touch with and had great, clear answers for any questions I had.

Great home base for us

Quiet, clean, and in a safe neighborhood that is close anything we needed. We used as a home base for sports events my youngest had throughout July in the surrounding area and it worked out great! This is our second time at the property and would definitely stay there again.

Accommodations and communications were great. Suite was clean, well kept and conveniently located to 695 & 83. Dogs allowed which was a plus for us!

Perfect for a Dog Show Weekend

We stayed for 3 nights while attending a dog show at the fairgrounds. Everything was close by & easy to find. A wall hook or two in the bathroom would be nice to hang clothes on while you shower. Otherwise, we completely enjoyed our stay.

Dog friendly

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was so cute and the listing was very accurate! It was even better that they allowed us to bring our dog with us. He had an amazing stay as well.the managers were very quick to respond with any questions we had and they even checked in with us shortly after we arrived. It was a lil tough to spot the property when we first arrived, not helped with the rain and it was already dark, but overall we had a great time here!

Convenient to Towson Univ

Really appreciated the proximity to the University. Owner were very responsive and the unit was clean. Just a heads up, the ceilings are very low. My husband is a little over 6 feet tall and had to duck down at some points (but the owner did make us aware of that), so for one night it was OK.

Comfortable private suite

The basement suite was comfortable and cute. Stylishly decorated, clean and a fantastic stove/oven! Gas range in a small, but functional kitchen. Perfect for a couple! Great use of a small space. The best part of the stay was the communication with the owner. Peter was quick to respond to questions and requests. He and Maura own a couple of properties. I will definitely look into any of those properties for my future visits to Baltimore.

Feels Like Home!

This is my 3rd stay at a vrbo with Maura and Pete and my 2nd stay at this particular unit. Once again, I was very happy with my stay! I love the coziness of the place and my boys love hanging out with me there while I am in town. This time I actually cooked 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts at the place and had every utensil, pot, and pan that I needed! I also love staying in Lutherville, very close to my boys and where I grew up! I also feel very safe staying by myself there which is of the most importance to me. I look forward to staying in one of Pete and Maura's vrbos every trip I make home to Baltimore! There is no there place that I would rather stay! Did I forget to mention the B'more Bergers cookies that they leave for you in the rental??? 😋
