"I have been staying at this location for the past 8 years and always get 6 wristbands for the 6 persons guest/room. This year I was required to pay for the 5th one, my 6 person didn’t show up or I would have had to pay for 2 of the 6 wristbands."

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"The room looked like it would be really nice. The bed was comfortable and the campus was fine, too. When we sat down in our room we were able to see that the floor was VERY dirty with giant hair piles and tinsel, dried something’s on the wall, and the shower had scum all over the floor and the walls. ..."
