"Was informed that 225.00 would be charged for incidentals.. ended up getting that charge as well as 167.00. Went to front desk to ask about this extra fee and was informed I was charged incorrectly and they would make sure to refund the charge. Never received the refund. Also, was assigned a room ..."

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. ..."
