- Pool heating is available for $75 per day plus tax and must be arranged for the entire length of your stay. To add this amenity, please contact our Guest Experience Team after booking. Because it takes time to bring the pool to full temperature, requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Payment is due on the day the heat is activated.
- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens
- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
