This is a perfect place for families to gather together and make memories!!

3 Kings, 1 Queen & 4 Twin beds plus air mattresses.
Huge 4 bedroom plus open den with 2 twin XL plus loft plus master sitting room with queen bed plus private pool (not heated).
Heated Community pool is within walking distance! Water splash pad for children, volleyball court & Basketball court are also close by. Green belt directly to the East with walking paths, playground with covered patio tables.
Sleeps 20 people. (Sleeps 12 in beds) (Max adults 14 at all times)
There is a large dining room with a TV off the kitchen and breakfast area inside the kitchen with a high table with 8 chairs.
All beds are high quality firm with pillow top and we have terrific feedback from guests about the beds.
Upstairs the large main bedroom has a king bed and a sitting room with a queen bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a king bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 3 has a King bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds.
On the main level downstairs is the den with privacy curtains, it has 2 twin XL beds.
Additional 4 queen air mattresses with gel foam toppers for comfort easily fit in the master, loft, and living room.
Spacious backyard with a private pool. (not heated) There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the great weather during the winter!
a portable pool fence is kept in the garage available for guest to use.

A grassy park is directly behind the home and a common area walkway is on one side. Walkway leads to the park. Only one other home borders the property.

Free WiFi/Free wireless internet with Verizon and The "Ultimate Package" with Direct TV Streaming provided on Roku.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available and overflow parking is at the end of the block at the park.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 14 adults at any time.
There is a limit of 8 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool at one time.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Please provide a working phone number so we can call you to exchange information and confirm your reservation over the phone.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional guest fee above 12 total guests is $10 per guest per night.
ALSO: Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a $700 meltdown.
