With its open floor plan with 3 bedrooms all stocked with Smart TV’s and all of the streaming APPS provided to you & 2 bathrooms that both are stocked with blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, and a kitchen that has everything you need including a crockpot, rice cooker, & air fryer. This fully equipped home is guaranteed to make your vacation unforgettable. And then to make it even better, our home provides you with an endless number of fun activities to enjoy. Regardless of the time of year, you can choose to spend your day soaking up the sun in our Heated Pool, or going for a bike ride on one of our Beach Cruisers, playing pool on our newly added Pool Table, or having a family BBQ & game night. Which our home has an amazing selection of board games for all ages, or you can enjoy some of our outdoor games like Corn Hold, Jumbo Sorry, & Connect 4. With the endless possibilities of ways to have fun, relax, and spend quality time together this house has everything you need to make this an amazing vacation and definitely one that you or your family will never forget!! Water got shut off for no payment.Was taken care of but with no communication from the property manager.Dishwasher had to be repaired 4 times before it worked properly.Had several problems with pool clouding up No info book to explain rules and laws in HOA and Chandler on parking and received 3 warning violations.Granite tiles fell off in the kitchen isle and counter.Entry door lock was not working properly entry was only thru the garage and was never repaired.The location of the house is great but the Property management was terrible with no comminication

This home had a great layout to enjoy time together during our week stay. The backyard had a great vibe with the pool and furniture. The home was very clean and had many amenities to make the week easier.

Gorgeous home

This beautiful home has all new soft carpeting, a huge master bedroom (with 2 more bedrooms) and an awesome heated pool in the backyard. They have a billiards (pool) table and dozens of board games. There was a big screen TV in every room. The location was in Chandler within a few miles to Ocotillo golf course. We will rent this home again the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Peaceful and Convenient

The property is very well kept, my husband and I loved the attention to detail and enjoyed the amenities and the peaceful surroundings during our stay. We were in Arizona on business the location was convenient and close to everything we needed and not far from airport. No issues and everything in working order.

Great house

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house layout is wonderful. We got really hot weather and the fact that the pool has some shade at all afternoon hours was just perfect. Quiet, clean neighbor close to lots shopping and food. I would strongly recommend.

Family time

The house was perfect for our family, had everything we needed/wanted. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed and the pool table and games just added extra fun.

Relaxing after Kickball

Rented this for a few of us on my kickball team to stay, after an overnight tournament at atenpe Sports a complex. Homebis beautiful and comfy!! Pool area is great!!
