"The staff were helpful but the sofa bed was so bad we had to sleep on the floor. We even tried the mattress on the floor and it was lumpy and hurt our back. It needs to be replaced. As a result, we were up all night before a 7 hour flight. "

"The room was clean and functional. I wouldn't say it was over characteristic just a simple hotel room. The room had a bath and a shower which was nice! The breakfast was good; there was always a selection of different foods, from cooked to Continental. The pool was warm; however, the jacuzzi jets weren't on (couldn't work out how to turn them on) but the steam room was lovely and had a pepperminty smell. Overall, lovely and would stay again!"

"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver.
For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours.
If you are going to use TV for all coms and info at least leave a single sheet to guide & help direct clients to it and ensure the tv remote works.

"Pros - Staff were really lovely, room was clean and location excellent.
Cons - Room was on ground floor underneath a busy street/hill so was very noisy through the night despite double glazing. Free seating at breakfast tricky for a solo traveller - it was very busy and my seat (despite my book on the table) was taken by the time I returned with my food and I had to hover for a while for another seat."
