For this spacious home, you`ll find four comfortable private sleeping quarters designed for rest and relaxation, along with three stylish washrooms complete with safety grab bars and modern fixtures. Each sleeping area is thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, while the wash spaces offer convenience with ample room for daily routines. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this house is a perfect fit for big families visiting the city, business travelers, sports lovers, and healthcare professionals looking for a comfortable and spacious place to call home during their stay. Commuters will appreciate the close proximity to routes 309, 611, 1, and I-276, ensuring a seamless journey wherever life takes you.

Guests may access the entire home except for the red storage unit in the basement which will remain locked at all times.

There will be limited to no interaction with host, unless in the event of an emergency.

We ask that you show respect and care for our home at a level that is unquestionable and that highly displays couth and character. Also, please do not remove any items from the property without our permission or that you did not bring with you. Toiletries and snacks are complimentary.
-This is a residential area, events are welcome but please contact us in advance to discuss your plans.
-Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am (inside and outside the property)
-No smoking or vaping inside or in the front of the property.
-No shoes worn inside the property.
-No open flames or candles inside
-No tampering with security cameras.
-DO NOT for any reason or any length of stay get mail or packages sent to the property.
-Report damages/issues immediately.

Great stay! The host communicated efficiently and replied quickly when we had questions during our stay. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. The only issue we had, which wasn't with the actual property itself, was a dog on one of the neighbor's back porch that barks all day long. So, if you plan to sleep in, be prepared to hear the neighbors barking dog.

Perfect getaway for family or group of friends

Eight of us travelled to Philadelphia to celebrate a family birthday. We stayed in this lovely home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was beautifully decorated and maintained, spotless, and included many nice amenities. Host was very helpful and accommodating. The home had one parking spot, but we had no difficulty finding street parking for additional cars. It was easy for us to get from this location to many neighboring towns in the Philadelphia area. We would definitely consider returning to this home in the future.

Beautiful House

Beautiful house just as described and pictures are accurate. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. We did not have any infants but there is everything for them as well. We had two families and 2 vehicles. Parking was not an issue. 1 space in back and lots of room in front. House is in a quiet neighborhood but of course it is in Philadelphia, there is always going to be noise and ruckus. We did have our dog and needed to walk him . We felt safe. The back deck was a nice bonus. In 2 days we made friends with the neighbors. The alley behind the house was pretty quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Great townhouse!

The home provided us all the amenities we needed for our visit. It was modern, clean, and updated. There was plenty of street parking. There was ample space for 9 adults and 3 small children. The neighborhood was a little dirty but what can one expect from an urban setting? The H mart with a great restaurant within a 5-minute drive was an unexpected bonus. The owner was amazing. He was extremely pleasant, very reachable, responded quickly, and went over the top to provide the best service. We accidentally left 2 coats at the house when we departed. He went out of his way to send them to us by USPS. I would give him 6 out of 5 stars for a rating if I could. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!! Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Philadelphia area.

Beautiful property

Great Stay, Mean Host.

This property is very beautiful. I think it’s even more beautiful in person than the pictures online. I also think it was a lil too pricey paying over 1k for 2night. Would have given a 5 start if the owners had not walked in on us at 10:30am asking us to leave as we were to check out at 10am but overslept. They even when as far as throwing our personal things around, slamming doors and asked us to put all our things out the door while we waiting for our ride. I know we shouldn’t check out late but being a service business owner myself, I would have handled this differently even if I mean me talking to the client for extra payment due to late checkouts. But bashing in and throwing stuffs around was out of pocket and wouldn’t be recommending them or returning again.
