    Guests have full access the entire townhouse .

    We also have a GARDEN at backyard which is sharing and operating with our neighbors . Please DON'T CROSS the boundary line and interrupt our neighbors !!! We have a stunning gazebo, sit in the back for our guests relax and enjoy our beautiful plants at this hidden garden .

    Other details to note

    School get off around 3 pm , the front street will blocked for 10 minutes ,also may hear some short crowd of students at front door .

    We don’t offer parking , It’s street parking. please refer our instructions.

Excellent experience. Home was very clean and everything was organized nicely. Owner was also very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire experience. My family and I were genuinely impressed. Hands down the best experience we have had when looking for places to stay in Philly.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Great location for someone visiting the University of Pennsylvania or Drexel. Parking might be a challenge but we luckily got a spot right outside the unit.

I LOVE this place. Clean and light inside, with skylights too. Beautiful oasis backyard. Easy street parking out front. Right next to Penn security, and we got to chat with the bicycle cops. So close to Penn and Drexel.

This is a cute little home with a beautiful backyard garden. It’s a tall but narrow space, but it feels large enough. It is clean and has enough decorative touches to make it feel warm but not cluttered. It is surprisingly quiet—there are neighbors on both sides of the apartment, and we never heard them. It’s about 3-4 miles from the historic district, which made it a great location, too.

Ivy was very responsive to my questions and is a great host. Her place is a lovely refuge in West Philly. The surrounding area can be a bit sketch, but loved her place and the garden out back. Appreciated the air conditioning and the pristine basement laundry space complete with supplies. Super clean. Plenty of big fluffy towels, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. Many vacation rentals seem to be foregoing/skimping in the amenity area, so it was a pleasure to not have to worry about that. Great for Penn and Drexel visits. We were able to find parking without too much difficulty. Would stay again.

This location allowed us to visit with our daughter and new grandchild. The place was perfect, parking was easy and we look forward to booking this again very soon!

This is a gorgeous property with plenty of space and beautiful accommodations. The street parking was easy and the owner was ready to get in touch with. Access is remote making it very convenient in an area where it is hard to find places to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in cute townhouse with sweet back garden

Ivy's townhouse is charming and quiet, located on a side street where we were always able to find parking. The back garden is just lovely - we wished the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed it more. Super comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and everything was clean and new. Highly recommended.

Return trip to Philly

This property has intermittently been our home away from home for the last few months as we come to visit our family member in the hospital at Philadelphia. It is a beautiful comfortable space in the perfect location. Now that it’s spring the outdoor space is a wonderful bonus! When not available we have also stayed at this owners other property which is also lovely.

Obsessed with this house. Stayed with a girlfriend for a mini girls trip. We were able to walk to catch the train for a Phillies game, which was great. But the garden was the true highlight of the home. The inside was also spotless & had great appliances and finishes. We will absolutely be back, if we find ourselves headed to Philly again.

Lovely Property in a Fantastic Location

A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!

The place was sparkling clean and comfortable with all the essentials for our weekend stay. Close to Penn for our event. On-street parking was not a problem at all over the weekend. Would definitely return due to proximity to campus. Too cold to enjoy the garden!

Extremely convenient location to Penn Med research complex. Simple access. Very comfortable and squeaky clean townhouse. Upper tier kitchen appliances. Take stock of pots pans and spices for meal planning. Wonderful & inviting outdoor space for warmer weather.
