"The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better...

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything. There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate). "On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. Rooms were not serviced.For $1,000 for two nights, it was definitely not worth the money and would say, was the worst place we’ve stayed in Pokolbin. Very...

"A really well situated property close to Peterson House which was our meeting point for our hot air balloon ride at 5am in the morning. Comfy beds, beautiful spa bath and clean apartment but a little outdated. It needs a good touch up especially the furniture in the loungeroom. Pool area also very nice and we were close to Harrigans pub and restaurant. "
