Hoteles cerca de Perla Blanca - Saas-Fee

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"We cant think about Saas Fee without the Dom. Great room with superb view. Kind and always helpful staff, splendid breakfast. 5th year in a row coming here. We will come back."

"A bit old, needs an upgrade. I will say a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location"

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. "We had a great stay"

"El hotel está nuevo y bien ubicado"

"Beautiful and very close to the station, so arriving is easy and convenient. Zermatt is small, so it's nice to be close to the station with the luggage. Then you can visit everything on foot."

"This property is overrated. What you see in the photographs, when you arrive is not how you think. I regretted it, I think in Zermatt there are better options for a lower price and a more accurate location !!!!"
