"Everything was great, but the floor in our room was a bit dirty."

"Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable."

"Room floor was not moped the TV didn't work until the last night we was there and even then channels were very limited only one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel now don't get me wrong the place was OK I've stayed in worse and I like to think it was an oversight on the mopping but you could not walk barefoot cause for feet would turn black very fast other than that it was quite the bed was comfy check was fast price was decent over 3 and half stars out of 5"

"Awesome place. The downside is the exhaust fan ran 24 hours non-stop and no drawer space available for storing. Had to live out the suitcase during our stay."

"Just needed a late night stay after concert so I didn't have to drive at night. Price was first concern. But I was happy to find that it was also very nice, the property was off the main road,well maintained and clean. I liked that it was away from the highway noise and lights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be going to more concerts at the wharf now that I know where to stay."

"Positive: view, beach, clean rooms, two large pools, one family one 21 older. Negative: parking pricey and a little far from rooms, under 21 pool closed twice so no real over 21 pool. And random charges on our room . It took three different calls to get it looked into, to find it was not ours."

"Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. "
