"First, the check in process. Both ladies working were extremely polite and professional, but had to give me 4 different pin #s to open the door before it worked. Second, when we got in there the couch had stains all over and there were chicken wing bones in the kitchen sink. Thirdly, the bathroom sink was clogged. To fix it the pulled a large cluster of hair out of the drain and disposed of it right next to the sink. We ultimately checked out a day early due to the cleanliness issues. "

"Did not feel like a safe place to stay. The room was clean. The blankets had stains the floor was sticky. Gave a sketchy atmosphere. "

"Super 6 gulfshores, air conditioning worked perfect. The property very well kept. It's a all aroun peaceful place to stay wether your coming in town on vacation or visiting. Great atmosphere an the staff are just so friendly and caring, very helpful. Loved my stay there so much, I stayed there for two weeks. I recommend it too anyone who is looking too book a stay away from home for sure. "

"Overall, not terrible but not really a place I would want to bring a family on vacation. Came for a spring break softball tournament and it was adequate. Everything is dated and old and although the rooms were clean enough. Breakfast had options of waffles, sausage or cereal. Yogurt or bread/toast was also an option. The pool was operational but ran down. The walls are very thin and I stayed next to a couple that had 6 kids in one room and it was very loud. I could only get off of work for a few...

"The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. "

"The room was nice and comfortable, 4 nights stay with my husband and our 4 year old. We shared a 1 queen bed suite. Enjoyed the amenities available with the mini kitchen. Pool was nice. Although they did not upkeep with pool towels and such. "

"Was greeted at check in by Dexter. Very professional! Check in was quick and with an upgrade. All rooms are very nice, quiet, roomy, and clean. Convenient to everything. We stay here when in the area. "

"The beds were not the most comfortable. The rooms could use some updating but our room served its purpose for one night, wouldn’t want to have stayed more than one night."

"Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!"
