"It's an old house kept spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you need. 2 blocks from beautiful, posh East Ave, we were 5 min drive from art museums, the planetarium, and the .Museum of Play. Beds are comfy. Window ACs hD no problem keeping the house cool. We had no problem finding close, free parking for our extra car.. Staying here gave us a much better Rochester experience than we evver got when we stayed in the burbs."

"Very cute place! Enough bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people! Also, Jed was very responsive to all of my messages. Highly recommend renting this home if you have a big group of people. "

"Quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable VRBO! It is like having an apartment on a little homestead, actually, that’s what it is. Perfect for single traveler or a couple. Host make you feel like a welcome guest, great communication and they have created a great spot to stay at! "

"Very lovely and well-appointed large home. Liza greeted us upon arrival and was very available when we had questions (like how to turn on the vent above the stove). Property is very convenient to town and to all the activities we attended."

"Communication with the host was very convenient and easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The host is very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us and as advertised. The only criticism would be that the furnishings were well worn and could use replacing. We had a lovely stay there for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. Thank you. "
