"Check in was great. Reception was great. Room was very dated, carpet needs changing (very bad). Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Lot of contractors staying at the hotel but was very quiet at night. Hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle under the overhang in front of the lobby. Very appreciative for that."

"Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . New room was super clean and...

"Great staff, they assisted me and my family members without hesitation. The staff made it as stress free as possible. It was twelve of us with kids in our group. The rooms were cleaned and well stocked. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would personally like to thank them for a wonderful experience. My personal recommendation is if you are looking for a place that feels like home this is the place. "

"we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay."
