"Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis"

"The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!"

"I have to say I would highly recommend the Portugal Boutique Hotel, prior to our arrival, the communication was excellent. From the time we arrived, all staff were very welcoming. We booked the premium room which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had great facilities. Breakfast was good, although the ‘hot’ options were limited, but I have to say the quality of the food was great, including the orange juice!! I would certainly book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and...

"This was an ideal location for us. Beautiful boutique, hotel with warm and welcoming staff, lovely Portuguese decorative elements and comfortable accommodations. Everything we went to was a short, Uber ride away. Highly recommend!"
