"I have stayed here twice now and absolutely love the location and the double king rooms they offer, very spacious! There was no parking available in the onsite lot but was understandable due to checking in late in the night. There is a parking garage only a few blocks away so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience."

"Overall The Grove was a great stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean/comfortable & their check in/check out is simple. I appreciate that they offer luggage drop off & they also had our room ready a hour sooner than check in. Street parking is difficult to find but I was able to get a spot after doing some loops. I would stay here for my next visit."

"Great location walking distance to Japantown and The Fillmore. Adorable Victorian charm. Parking is right across the street in an open lot. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee available 24/7. Continental Breakfast included. Great value for the location. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was nice and the staff - cleaning staff was Awesome and did a great job. Also Jenna - the manager who checked us in was amazing!! And we felt very welcome! Only thing- bathroom tiles were coming off the wall and in the last day- the soap dish fell off the wall when someone was taking a shower and glad no one got hurt with glass/stone in the shower "

"This was my third stay at the Timbri this year, for six nights. Same great experience as the last two times. Clean room. Amazing staff. I had a few minor issues (the TV remote needed to be reset, the toilet flushing button stuck, the espresso machine not turning on) with the room and their engineer came up and fixed everything in less than 5 minutes.
