"I love the Jane! Staff is always courteous and easy. My only complaint is that each floor always has one shower door that won’t stay open after use. Those showers smell because they never air out. Mildew smell is awful compared to the shower where the door is always open. I made this suggestion before but I guess it fell on deaf ears. I’ve stayed on every floor…shows how often I return. ;)) Other than that….I will always return"

"Stayed at the Indigo with my partner and teenage children. The hotel is trendy and the rooms were nice and clean. The rooftop bar and pool are nice, but I wish the pool was open past 5 PM (and the water could have been much warmer). The neighbourhood is super lively with a lot going on until very late. We would stay there again for sure."

"One’s initial reaction is to the tiny size of the room. But it is extremely well planned with everything you need and a place for everything you have - unlike many hotels it even has a safe. Everywhere was extremely clean and as we were a “ middle of the building” room there wasn’t a sound through the night. There was a delightful selection of croissants, et cetera, with plenty coffee and orange juice every morning. You can take your coffee and croissant to the top floor where there is seating...

"Great location with lots of restaurants within close walking distance. My wife was there by herself for business and felt safe walking every where. Easy to get to the subway and PATH trains. At times a courtyard room was a little loud with the restaurant and seatings. If that’s the case think about a city view room or have some ear plugs. That was only one or two of the 5 nights though. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The long pillows and vigorous AC were much appreciated. Fixtures were all refreshingly old-fashioned (a tub with stationary shower head!) but in excellent condition. In-room coffee makers and free housekeeping are endangered species in NYC hotels, so I was delighted to find them here! If you miss the way hotels "used to be" you owe it to yourself to stay here! Location was also perfect, for either theaters or museums, and only...

"My favorite place to stay when I visit NYC!! Staff is very nice and helpful. The rooftop view is AMAZING. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. So many places close by to go eat or visit. Make sure you visit the bodega 5 min from Pod. They are open 24 hrs and have so much to offer! The make fresh juices. Delicious"

Short walk in one direction to Times Square / couple of blocks the other way and you’re sitting on a pier on the Hudson River. Easy access to buses or subways.
