But my husband and I both tripped on the stopper on the floor in front of the shower tub. And the hot water in the shower was backwards. So HOT WAS COLD. COLD WAS HOT. ROOM. 310"

"This was a great place to stay for our family which includes an 11 and 7 year old. They loved the waterpark, which wasn’t too crowded, and the pools near each building. The food was good, but very expensive, however there are other restaurants nearby. "

"We booked a room with a pullout couch to accommodate a family of four. When we arrived we were informed that they had sold out of that type of room, and that they only had a room with two beds. We asked for spare blankets and pillows, which they also did not have. Terrible experience and were absolutely not provided what we had booked. "

Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."
