"Great room in terms of size and cleanliness and great service at the hotel. Our only criticism was the noise, being located so close to Times Square. Still a 5-star review for me, because we were aware of this when booking, but it is definitely noisier than expected for first-time travellers to New York"

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door.
WiFi went out.
Coffee maker did not work.
Rooms on street side are noisy.
Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told.
Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."

"This is a scam. Arrived at the supposed address only to be met by the owner of the property nextdoor informing me that address did not exist and unfortunately we weren’t the only ones that experienced this. Was a a terrible start to a family vacation, luckily a Hampton inn was right down the road and had vacancies so were able to book same day."

"My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property.

The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be...
