"The Hampton Inn and suites is a gorgeous hotel from the inside and out, the staff wonderfully open hearted and friendly. The only issue I had was the security in the parking garage. I stayed for one night in the designated area for hotel patrons and the next morning. I woke up to find slices of cheese covering my car. After an hour of scrubbing residue off my car I still had to pay for a car wash. "

"We love the Siena, we used to stay here more often in the past. We then had to opt for cheaper options. As long as we get a good price, this will remain our n.1 stay option in Chapel Hill (and we have stayed everywhere!). We will return! "

"This is a very nice Marriott Hotel. Quiet, clean, short drive to downtown Chapel Hill and UNC Hospital and University. Harris Teeter grocery store and other shopping within 5 min. The staff is friendly and efficient. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the area of this hotel and enjoyed my stay very much."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. They switched us to a first floor room when they noticed my wife's limited mobility during check-in. Noel in particular helped out with getting me on the hotel WiFi. The room was very nice, and it actually was close to a short walk leading to the handicap parking spaces, so we didn't have to go halfway across the building and out through the lobby. Housekeeping did a fine job as well. Breakfast was good , too."

"Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the room. It was very esthetically pleasing. The only two problem's I had was the room above me. I do not know if they had children or not but it was a lot of stomping going on. I made the front desk aware and it was taken care care. There is a parking fee. Very pleased with my stay. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Will definitely stay again."

"Just a one night stay. Room was very nice. Personally, didn't care for the set up with the toilet room having a very small sink and weird small mirrors. Not very functional when you're trying to get ready and there is someone else in the room with the bathtub/shower."

"Super friendly staff and clean room. Loved the updated amenities and the special "donut day" breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool wanted to stay longer! Special touches like the welcome on the television were a cute touch! "
