"Very clean. The bed was ok, but not great. The big disappointment was the noise form the adjacent room. The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. I was under the impression that night managers are meant to be available during the early morning hours. I would also...

"This hotel was very convenient, it is attached to a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and share a lounge area with gas fire features. AJ the manager of the Steak house is awesome and very accommodating. Nice bourbon list as well. Highly recommend this property."

"We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again "

"This place was terrible!!! Manager Kim b sold my room for an uncharge and canceled my reservation last minute on graduation weekend leaving my husband and four children stranded. Their customer service was unprofessional and inconsistent. I was lied to that I canceled the room when that never occurred. Do not stay in a place where they do not value your business. "

"I stayed at this hotel simply for its affordability and location to the UNC-Chapel Hill hospital. It was a basic type hotel, no frills. It did have a decent continental breakfast, and good internet wi-fi. Its location to restaurants, Walmart, Barnes and Noble etc, was good because you could walk to those if you were up to it. It did have a small pool but I didn’t use it and from my window I don’t think anyone else did either."
