The Space:
Superb fully renovated studio, located in the heart of the Marais. Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to three travelers.
The studio includes:

• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Due to recent bad weather in Paris, water infiltration has damaged the building's digital lock. The property manager has therefore decided to leave the front door ajar to ensure access for residents. As this situation is beyond our control, no claims or requests for compensation will be accepted.

Refund: Expected from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
