Located a stone's throw from the Opéra Garnier in a quiet street, this large air-conditioned apartment (150 sqm) with refined and typically Parisian decoration will seduce you with its volumes (3.70m ceiling height) and the quality of its services.

With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, you will find ideal comfort: a first master bedroom with its King size bed and dressing room; the other two bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds and their wardrobe. All rooms are air conditioned.

A large comfortable living room, with its designer sofa and armchairs, will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Of course, ultra-high-speed wifi is available to you so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Near your apartment you will find a wide choice of restaurants and famous pastry chefs like Cédric Grolet or François Perret (Best Restaurant Pastry Chef in the World 2019) for lovers of gastronomy. Your dining room will allow you to enjoy convivial meals with family or friends.

Our family of 6 loved the apartment! The master bedroom and bath is on one side of the living room from the two other bedrooms and baths, so we each felt like we had our own areas. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Apartment!

This apartment was beautiful! The location was excellent as it was walking distance to the Louvre, Opera house, Seine, restaurants, shopping, parks etc. The property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. Fantastic apartment in great location

My family of 6 stayed here for a week in Paris. Just steps from a metro stop, across the street from a Monoprix, and an easy walk to the Louvre, Royal Opera, and so many stunning location, it was ideally situated. It had everything we needed for our stay and management was very responsive.

Excellent stay

Usually we’re staying at five star hotels, ritz or four seasons. This time I use my kid and my mother in law and decided to try the apartment to have a home feeling for a new year. I thought the place was well equipped, well located and incredibly well organized. Everything we needed was available. We appreciate the welcome champagne and a bottle of Bordeaux. It was lovely and generous. I would definitely recommend this place and absolutely would rent it again.

Perfect apartment, perfect location!

Our 8 night stay could not have been more perfect! The apartment was even better than expected, the elegant beauty of the rooms which the photos didn’t do justice could not have been more elegant. The ceiling moldings were some of the most beautiful I have even seen and all us were simply amazed we were lucky enough to call this home for our too short visit. I could not recommend this place more, it was beyond perfect.we will definitely stay here again, and again and again!

Highly Recommend

We were warmly greeted by our host who also informed us of all the conveniences near by. There are metro lines accessible within footsteps of the apartment. And you can also rent motorized bicycles which made our time in Paris even more exciting. The apartment building is set back off the Avenue which made for a quiet stay. We would certainly stay in this apartment again. It was clean, we felt safe and secure with everything offered to make your Paris stay comfortable and enjoyable. Five stars from us!

Beautiful and spacious apartment

What a wonderful place. Very very spacious and clean. Beautiful place. Can’t say enough great things about it. Wonderful location as well. We normally stay in very nice 5 star hotels but now that my daughters are older, it’s nicer to stay in a place with larger common areas, and nicer to have a washer dryer as well. This apartment had the feel of a 5 star hotel and won’t disappoint. Air conditioning in every room was a major plus as well. Thank you.
