"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. "Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. "The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."
