"I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one. It did not disappoint. We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. The bed was quite huge....

"Easy 1 dollar ride on Metro from airport, easy walk to hotel from Metro station, near center of town but tucked away on a quiet , neighborhood street with a huge farmers market a couple of blocks away.Breakfast buffet is timely served and immense and delicious. WONDERFUL experience altogether"

"We absolutely loved and appreciated our host, Ludmil. He is welcoming, gracious, knowledgeable and excited to share his love of Bulgaria and his breadth of knowledge with all of his guests. He is the main reason to stay at Casa Ferrari. We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. Accommodations are clean and comfortable and are in a good, walkable location. The room was large and breakfast good. By US standards, this is a very modest accommodation which was good for us and afforded us nice...

"Très bel hôtel, moderne et propre, a 5 minutes a pied d'un arrêt de tramway et d'un centre commercial. Idéalement situé pour aller visiter Boyana. Personnel sympathique. Restaurant très bon et pas cher dans l'hôtel. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse."

"Considering the size of the room, there were a lot amenities and attention to detail. I would have appreciated the check in information before arriving - they said there was an error on the system so they couldn't reply to my late checkin request. Nevertheless, a quick phonecall dealt with it. I would stay again. "

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
