"The Kitchen was equipped with coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, spices, and olive oil to cook. He supplied dog bags and treats. The chickens roam free, and you have to watch where you step; you'll step in chicken poop. The river was nice across the street, and I saw the rowing team. It does have a nice view. The host was friendly and approachable, which helped potential guests feel more at ease about their stay, but it also lacked the extra essentials we needed. We purchased lightbulbs and paper...

"What an adorable property! Pictures do it justice. Clean, comfy, and charming. Close to golf and the must-see Goodsell Ridge Preserve (especially if you’re a dorky geologist like me…but also great for hiking). We’d definitely stay there again. Only (minor) drawback is that the water pump and hot water heater aren’t exactly quiet…but the clatter is temporary). Also, wanted to sign your guestbook but didn’t have a pen and couldn’t find one. "
