"Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling. "Great location in easy walking distance to the main street shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. We were on road side so did have the traffic noise, which is no fault of the hotel, our friend had a back facing room which was quiet, so suggest if you don't like traffic noise ask for a quieter room - we were happy with our room. Breakfast was excellent"

"We loved this place, after a lot of stress we wanted to find somewhere special to take our minds off of it all and here was a fantastic find! The spa, staff, food, location absolutely brilliant! "This was our first visit to the New Forest and it was absolutely stunning made all the more enjoyable by the lovely staff at The White Rabbit Hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a fabulous location within easy reach of the most beautiful settings and the local town.
