She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. "Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. "The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. This is a great hotel if you want close access to the university. It has a nice river view and the pantry with fair-priced snacks and laundry are nice amenities if you have children or are staying for several nights."

The outside looked worrisome and the houses surrounding the school are not in great shape. But once inside, the room was absolutely incredible. So spacious and a full apartment perfect for a long term stay. Clean, organized, perfect for a stay. Would have been willing to stay longer just not on the itinerary"
