"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"Great stay at the Dormy Inn Premium Kanda! The rooms were nice and clean, and the location right next to Kanda Station made it incredibly easy to move around Tokyo. There is plenty of food and shopping within easy walking distance. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout my stay. While the breakfast was decent, it felt a little sparse. The highlight was definitely the nice rooftop onsen (hot spring). I would absolutely stay here again"

"The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle."

"Tolles Hotel in super Lage! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt, was die Lage extrem praktisch macht. Besonders das hervorragende Frühstück hat uns den Start in den Tag versüßt. Unser Dreibettzimmer war mit rund 15 m² zwar kompakt, aber absolut ausreichend, gemütlich und blitzsauber. Ein riesiges Lob geht an das Personal – alle waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
