"We loved our stay here! The home was very comfortable and easy for my Mom (90) to get everywhere she wanted to be. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening cocktails and even caught a few fish from the shady, comfortable dock.The wildlife was cool too....we saw all kinds of critters. There were 2 cranes that loved to look at themselves in the sliding glass door. So funny and entertaining."

"This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not...

"The house was great! Great location! Comfortable adjustable beds. The owner, Kristin, was amazing! Super responsive, friendly, and thought of everything we might need. If I thought of something I wanted, I opened a cabinet and there it was! She even went to the house to leave an extra beach towel for us before we arrived. I’d give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend!"

"Quaint, charming, SAFE, adorable property. Renee is the PERFECT host, even having decorated for my birthday! Everything you need is right there. And so close to Stetson University and the historic district. Perfect place!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. It was the perfect size for two people—cozy yet spacious enough to feel completely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were soft and high quality. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Maribel was a gracious and thoughtful host, even leaving us a bottle of wine and a lovely note to welcome us. Highly recommended!"

"This place is amazing! Kim was super responsive and informative. We had no issues checking in. There wasn't a thing that we needed that we didnt have. Watching the turtles and all of the sea life was a highlight. The floating cottage is a MUST! We'll definitely be back!"

"We stayed here for parent's weekend at UCF. I needed a house for myself, my daughter (who attends UCF but stayed with us), my parents, close family friends, and my dog. The house was extremely clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed being able to sit together in the living room. The lakeview is really pretty. We played one of the many games provided in the home. It was a perfect place to stay."

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "

"This is one of the cleanest and best renovated houses my family has stayed at for vrbo's. Kitchen was very well done, all appliances were new and up to date. Whole house was tastefully decorated, master bathroom has a beautiful mirror. The living room couch was very comfortable, stacked washer and dryer set was handy, and air conditioning was very comfortable. Overall a great stay!"

"This home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, anything you need is a short drive. I have family that lives in Orlando and We wanted to be near to the freshwater Springs & the Wekiva state park -this was way more convenient than staying in the Orlando area.Our host was always helpful and responsive! Would happily stay in this lovely home again."
