"We had a great stay! You can't beat the location, it was an easy walk from downtown. The hosts communicated well and were available if there were any questions. Would recommend!"

"Convenient location for any family wanting to attend a Boombah Tournament, literally ten minutes and two turns away!! Pool was great, great appliances, sound system was a plus for gaming after baseball!"

"Perfect little spot for a family of 3 to stay. We spent most days exploring local natural springs and would stay at night for dinner and sleep. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt very secure and safe as it is inside a gated community. "

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "

"There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The guys enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We would stay again if ever in the area again. "

"This is one of the cleanest and best renovated houses my family has stayed at for vrbo's. Kitchen was very well done, all appliances were new and up to date. Whole house was tastefully decorated, master bathroom has a beautiful mirror. The living room couch was very comfortable, stacked washer and dryer set was handy, and air conditioning was very comfortable. Overall a great stay!"

"Birds and buns is so lovely. The house is cozy and full of thoughtful details. The animals are adorable and the short ride to the springs was perfect for our weekend getaway. Eric has gone above and beyond to make a fun and welcoming space. Highly recommend a visit!"

"The flutter-by house was fantastic from the moment we walked in until the moment we reluctantly left. The location could not have been better being equally close to Stetson campus as to the downtown shops and restaurants. We consider ourselves to be on the spectrum for clean-freaks and the house exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. Our four legged friend loved the front and back yards being fenced and available for his use. Communication with host was amazing! He made us feel so welcomed!!...
