"Closing the breakfast down at 9AM is too early."

"The hotel was under construction and so not at its best. Lots of dust in the rooms and hallways. Often strong paint smells in the hallway. The pool was neither hot nor cold."

"The check in lady was very nice and helpful. The hotel needs updating. They were working on room next to me so I heard that for couple hours. My room had dust, bugs, lint in corner of room. The bathroom sink had a dead fly, and the shower had curly black hair in and on walls. My hair is blonde. Bed was not terrible. The hotel I thought should have been a little cleaner. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I would have known."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Hotel. The property was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. The only tiny issue was that our mini-fridge wasn't cooling very well, but everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked this hotel while visiting family, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because we were traveling with my father, who is blind. We really appreciated the spacious accessible room and the grab bars in the bathroom, which made his stay much easier and more comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. "Clean and nice modern style room. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We went to kings island and it was only a 11 minute drive away which was great. Definitely recommend."

"Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again."
