"When we arrived at the property, we were notified that they are in the process of revitalizing the hotel, is that ok? We said sure - little did we know. The check in process was smooth. Upon entering the room it was ok at best, old beaten up, bathroom needed a better cleaning, but hey, it was a cheap room. Then we started finding the problems. "Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite...

"The staff when we checked in was very nice and welcoming. The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay."
