"Lets start with the day we arrived. The hotel was dirty the room was not cleaned and staff were rude I asked for pillows and a vlanket as there were none in the room i was greeted with visible frustration and tikd they didnt have extra so I had to buy a blanket for the couch. There was trash in the hall way. The pool was dirty. I watched the cook sneeze and cough on the breakfast and the elevator license was expired. "The friendly and professional staff is what sets this property apart. Exterior is a bit rough and the motel access rooms are not my preference. But the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The full breakfast in the main building is impressive - the best I've seen at a budget friendly hotel. If you are going to Kings Island - this is about as close as you can stay, and I think they even offer shuttle to the park. For the price - this really can't be beat!"

"I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it.
