"Excellent location, in the city centre, within walking distance of so much. The room is a great design, spacious with very useful kitchen and dining facilities. Very comfortable for my extended stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. My only concern was cleaning. Room was not vacuumed over my 19 night stay, toilet and general bathroom cleanliness not great."

"Gabriel at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, especially to the kids. It set a really great start to our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great for families with young kids. We got a 1 bedroom apartment that was combined with a room so it provided enough privacy for 2 families, yet communal space to hang out. "Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent"

"We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The room facilities were outdated, and many items were broken or in poor condition. The sofa was also dirty, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming."
