"Quiet area which was great. We had a trailer so had to street park which was tricky as like all places, residential cars limit the available spaces. Strange second entry door to our room, which was loud when let close. Can only assume it is a fire door, so banging makes sure it closes?? "

"Staff were very helpful. The extractor fan in bathroom made a constant noise. When reception staff were informed they organised someone to take care of the problem - sorted quickly. Room clean & comfortable. Wifi very good. I would have liked to have been able to adjust air conditioning/heating to my personal taste but the system in the room didn’t allow for that."

"The girl on the front desk was amazing for our stay polite and efficient in attending a bathroom matter when our room wasn’t serviced as requested. The shower didn’t stop from flowing through our bathroom we had to use towels to mop the floor and left them for the cleaning staff. We had to ask the girl for the room to be cleaned and she asked the staff to clean the room. Other than the bathroom the suite was great and good undercover parking. "Everything was perfect "

"The Tall Trees motel in Ainslee is a hidden little gem close to Dickson (and the tram) It's a old, safe and quiet suburb with lots of greenery (plants, trees, green grass, well maintained properties). The staff are amazing, the facilities are great and they're renovating to make it even better. It's a quiet place for a perfect stay, short or long. I was there with my wife and we are definitely coming back again due to all the factors mentioned above."
