"Fun and cozy! "

"Brian was a great host and the apartment was wonderful with a comfortable bed. Magazine street was one block away. The neighborhood is full of pretty houses and easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend this stay as perfect! "

"The biggest compliment I can give the property management is their availability. Their willingness to be accommodating and assessable is truly amazing. I have stayed at several vrbo's and this was a first - so kudos to them. The place was clean and equipped with all essentials. Thanks Genesis hopefully I will be in New Orleans again soon"

"Perfect location close to everything we wanted to do, nice neighborhood. House was cute and comfy. "

"We stayed 4 nights. Our host was excellent, attentive with great communication. House was spacios and clean. Spacious bedrooms, fully functional kitchen if needed. Had no problem finding parking on the street. We had 7 people staying, we booked for 8. "

"Let me just start out by saying, the property itself is decorated so well. We were all really impressed the decor and presentation of the property. It’s a spacious property that has all the classic old culture and style of New Orleans with modern furnishings, appliances and touches. The check in and out process was seemless and the host was very responsive the few times I reached out. "I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hospitality—the space was warm, welcoming, and had that fun New Orleans vibe that made it perfect for a staycation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. A huge bonus was the heated pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...
