Beach access: - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98. *Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

Other things to note: - Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

Father’s Day Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time at this listing. The space is adequately appointed with necessities, clean, well decorated and close to multiple attractions/restaurants (i.e. beach, Big Chill, etc.). Communication with the property manager was timely and helpful. We would definitely return to stay here again!

Lovely townhome
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The unit was beautifully decorated. Everything very clean. And so many extra amenities such as pool towels, hair and body products in bathrooms, and the new golf cart!! We also appreciated all the hangers in closets and extra trash bags and a good supply of laundry detergent! The property owner was also very helpful and answered any questions very promptly.
My only suggestion would be tvs in all bedrooms not just master. That didn’t bother us at all but some families may want that.

Chillin’ in 30a
My family and I stayed here over New Year’s week. It is right across from the Big Chill which had a wonderful New Year’s Eve party for the kids with balloons falling at 8 PM. The area itself is just beautiful and the golf cart was so convenient for riding to the beach. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding down to Rosemary where we walked around and ate lots of great food. The house itself was very lovely with beautiful decor. Each of the bedrooms were tastefully decorated with enough room for two people in each. The bunkbed room could hold up to four kids easily. The open floor concept on the ground floor was so nice for family time. The bathrooms were pristine and showers were magnificent. We were unable to use some of the great conveniences like the pool due to the month/weather, but I could easily see us going back when it warms up!

We had such a relaxing and fun time at Skippy’s Hideaway over fall break! The townhouse is beautiful, modern, and perfectly set up for a family getaway. We especially enjoyed the easy golf cart rides to the beach, lazy evenings at The Big Chill (just a short walk away!), and plenty of time to unwind.The complimentary 6-seater golf cart, bikes, and beach gear made everything so convenient—we hardly had to think about logistics. The pool is right nearby, and the multiple beach access points gave us flexibility depending on the day.Inside, the home is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts we needed. Our family loved having the open living area to hang out together after the beach.We had a great, lazy beach week and can’t wait to come back!

What a gem!
Could not have had a better stay! This location was absolutely fantastic, from the unit to the pool to the distance to The Big Chill. Loved the design of the house, it was super clean and had absolutely everything we could have needed. Will be booking again for sure!
