"This was truly like a home-away-from home experience. The bed was comfy and the included breakfast was delicious and healthful and set us up for the day's excursions. Tea and coffee and filtered water were available right outside the room in a shared kitchen area -- this was much appreciated! Also, my daughter's clothes were laundered expertly -- and she had been working at an excavation site so we were very pleased with the return of very clean clothes! "Had an extremely pleasant stay at Novotel before and after doing the Inca trail trek. When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. Truly exceptional especially after a tiring multi-day activity. Would also like to commend the quality of the food from room service. I really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado!"

"Awesome location right in the Plaza de Armas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure how to turn on the heat and they came right up to demonstrate how to use it. Provided a breakfast to go when we had an early morning tour. Soap was hand crafted. Conveniently located near Starbucks. "
